Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Subbu Innovative Classes Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality educational services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made for courses, mentorship programs, workshops, career guidance sessions, or any services are non-refundable under any circumstances once the payment is successfully processed.

This includes:

  • Online programs
  • Offline classes
  • Career guidance sessions
  • JEE/NEET mentorship
  • Parental or teacher programs

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Payment deducted but service not activated within 7 working days
  • Course/service cancelled by the company

In such cases:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Once enrolled, cancellation is not permitted
  • Batch transfers or rescheduling may be allowed at company discretion

4. No Guarantee Clause

We do not guarantee:

  • Academic ranks
  • Exam results
  • Career outcomes

Our services are guidance-based and effort-dependent

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Any chargeback request without prior communication will be treated as fraudulent activity
  • We reserve the right to block services permanently
